A Streetcar Named Desire

“I don’t want realism, I want magic!”

One of the earlier projects we had the honor to work on—Martin Loper and Richard Temtchine pulled a team together to shoot a re-creation of the play, A Streetcar Named Desire. To bring the essence of the play to life, two cameras were used to shoot Olivia Horton and Patrick Scherrer’s performance in an intimate, raw and honest way. The edit weaving the dual camera shots attempts to bring together the magic that is Streetcar.
